Waverly Hills

For a neighborhood with a strong sense of community, consider taking your home search to Waverly Hills. This established Arlington neighborhood is made up of around 1,700 households, with tree-lined streets and around 400 single-family homes to choose from.  Some of these homes date back to the late 1930s and 1940s. In fact, a number of homes in Waverly Hills today are still some of the neighborhood’s original brick Colonials.

While some have seen additions over the years, other homes in the community have since been torn down altogether and replaced by larger, more modern homes. This means not only will you find some older homes in Waverly Hills, but also some newer construction, lending itself to a mix of home styles and sizes throughout the area.
