There are three different floorplans for buyers to consider within the Townhomes at Reston Station, with layouts ranging from around 1,600 square feet to 2,500 square feet of space. Buyers can choose from three- to four-bedrooms and 2.5 to 4.5-baths, depending on the floorplan.
Many units in the property come with an elevator. Options also exist for a multi-gen suite or home office with some of the floorplans.
Most of the four-level townhomes start with a two-vehicle garage and some storage space on the first level, plus usually a living room, dining room and kitchen on the second level. This level contains the option for a gas fireplace, and some floorplans offer the option for a deck.
The third level is where you’ll usually find two bedrooms, including the owner’s suite and some walk-in closets. On the fourth level you’ll find a loft area, some storage space, some units with an extra bedroom, and, of course, a roof terrace.
