The modern, loft homes of the Metro range from 700 to 2,000 square feet. A two-bedroom, two-bath unit includes some homes of 900 square feet, with others topping 1,300 square feet of living space. Some homes also include a den that could be used for an extra bedroom. As well, the open, loft-style homes also feature outdoor terraces and balconies, adding additional living space to the floor plans.
The Metro Finishes
The residences of the Metro all have an industrial feel, featuring open floor plans, oversize windows, high ceilings and exposed ductwork. Designer finishes include bamboo floors, maple cabinetry and high-end fixtures in the marble and limestone baths, including the en suite master bath, which also includes a separate shower. In addition, owners can expect to find stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the upscale kitchens. The homes are well lit with natural light, in addition to the recessed lighting, which compliments the homes and brightens up the living space. Other modern design elements include the concrete ceilings, and of course, the abundance of windows, allowing for unmatched views of the city and surroundings.
