The Iowa is a historic Beaux Arts-style building designed by Thomas Franklin Schneider and located in a prominent spot across from Logan Circle. At the time of its construction in 1901, the Iowa was named for Iowa Circle, now known as Logan Circle. Many of the 98 residences in the 7-story building feature expansive views of the historic circle.
This iconic building is featured in Goode's Best Addresses and was converted from an apartment building to condos in 1979.
