Spring Valley
Spring Valley is an upscale neighborhood in northwest Washington, D.C., that is home to the main campus of American University as well as the Wesley Theological Seminar, both on Massachusetts Avenue. Spring Valley features a quaint, upscale shopping district that offers residents convenient access to a variety of retail establishments including Starbucks, Crate & Barrel and CVS.
The community boasts spacious homes flanked by mature trees and secluded lots. Average home price tags range from $2-3 million and upwards. A handful of embassy residences are sprinkled throughout the neighborhood which is also the address of several notable media and society personalities.
Spring Valley boundaries include Massachusetts Avenue to the northeast, Nebraska Avenue and Loughboro Road to the south and Dalecarlia Parkway to the west.
