Somerset House
Somerset House is a condo development located in Washington DC’s Dupont Circle neighborhood. The seven-story building, originally built in 1917 by developer Harry Wardman, was converted to condos in 2014 by Tenacity. As part of the conversion process, new windows, a roof, plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems were installed. These days, the building remains graceful in design, maintaining the integrity of pre-war architectural elements, mixed with modern conveniences and amenities. Somerset House features 84 oversized residences, with thick, quiet walls reminiscent of the period in which it was originally built. Read more about Somerset House.
