Somerset House is a condo development located in Washington DC’s Dupont Circle neighborhood. The seven-story building, originally built in 1917 by developer Harry Wardman, was converted to condos in 2014 by Tenacity. As part of the conversion process, new windows, a roof, plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems were installed.
