The Sheridan Garage Condos began life as a garage in the 1920s and was abandoned for years before being converted to a high-end condo complex in 2008. Rock star architects Shalom Baranes and Eric Colbert designed two wings and penthouse level that were added to the original building by developer Keener-Squire.
