Rosslyn
Rosslyn, Virginia, is the first Arlington community you encounter after crossing the Potomac River from Washington, DC, traversing either the Key Bridge or the Teddy Roosevelt Bridge. Many Rosslyn residents live there because of its close proximity to Georgetown but without the parking challenges Georgetown dwellers face.
Home to the Iwo Jima Memorial, Rosslyn is characterized as an urban village and includes the Arlington neighborhoods of North Rosslyn and Radnor/Ft. Myer Heights. Rosslyn encompasses a mix of retail and commercial offices as well as residential homes, largely condos. In fact, the Rosslyn skyline is the view visitors and residents see when looking across the Potomac from the Georgetown waterfront. Read more about Rosslyn real estate.
