Located off Edsall Road, Overlook is a community of 443 homes located in Alexandria, Virginia.    The neighborhood offers different housing options to meet different lifestyles including 2-story condominiums as well as a mix of garage and non-garage town homes.   The community features two entrances, each of which caters to the grouping of homes there -- Winterview Drive features larger, 2-car garage town homes while Forest Drive is home to smaller town houses and condominiums.   Residences were largely constructed between 1997 and 2001 with many homes featuring recent updates to the kitchens and bathrooms.

Located a little over a mile from the Van Dorn Metro Station, Overlook is just five miles away from the attractions of Old Town Alexandria and less than 1 mile to I-395.   Overlook is also close to major employers such as the Pentagon and Fort Belvoir and 12 miles away from Downtown DC.
