Observatory Circle is an elegant neighborhood located in northwest D.C., that is best known as the home of the United States Naval Observatory, or the official residence of the Vice President.  The area includes a mix of high-end condominiums, cooperatives and townhomes as well as single family homes ranging from Tudors to colonial homes and estates.  Homes located near the National Cathedral typically carry price tags of well over $1 million.

The boundaries for Observatory Circle include Massachusetts Avenue on the northeast, Calvert Street to the south, the Observatory Property itself, and 37th Street on the west side.
