Manchester Lakes is an established community of 1,390 town homes and condos located in the Kingstowne area of Alexandria, Virginia.  Completed in the late 1980s, the subdivision features five different complexes -- including Tiers I, Tiers II, Essex House, Surrey, and Victoria Crossings --  separated by Manchester Lakes Boulevard with homes on both sides.
