The Holm is a new condo development located in DC’s bustling Logan Circle neighborhood at the corner of 11th Street NW and Rhode Island Avenue. This location was former home to DC’s Diamond Cab Company. The four-story Holm features 38 units with studio, one bedroom and two bedroom floor plans. The ground floor will feature retail space. he building was designed by architect Hickok Cole and the developer is CAS Riegler.
