More About Hickory Creek

Hickory Creek Overview

It gets its name from Captain Hickory Run, a nearby stream that runs just to the east of homes in the neighborhood.  Once just farmland, the neighborhood we now call Hickory Creek was primarily built-up in the late 1970s.  You’ll now find around 90 homes, and just two main streets.  There are also some cul-de-sacs and short blocks in the neighborhood, adding to its exclusivity.
