Hickory Creek Overview
It gets its name from Captain Hickory Run, a nearby stream that runs just to the east of homes in the neighborhood. Once just farmland, the neighborhood we now call Hickory Creek was primarily built-up in the late 1970s. You’ll now find around 90 homes, and just two main streets. There are also some cul-de-sacs and short blocks in the neighborhood, adding to its exclusivity.

While the homes are generally not new construction in Hickory Creek, they are well-kept and offer plenty of living and entertaining space. It’s not common for homes to come on the market in Hickory Creek, but prospective buyers are in for a real treat when they do.
