Heritage Hill of Alexandria
Heritage Hill of Alexandria is an established townhouse neighborhood located just outside the Beltway in the Franconia community in Fairfax County, Virginia. The majority of the 80 town homes available were built in the 1980s against a backdrop of mature trees and meticulously landscaped greens. Residents can select from one of three different floor plans which offer three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms across three levels with living space ranging from 1,800 to 2,200 sf. Custom finishes in many of the homes include open, light-filled floor plans, updated bathrooms, working fireplaces, a patio and fenced yard, as well as parking.
The neighborhood is pet-friendly and welcomes dogs of all sizes. Much of the community's appeal lies in its location which provides easy access to the airport, Old Town, and Downtown DC. Heritage Hill is also just a short distance to several golf courses, boating and fishing along the Potomac River, as well as a network of hiking and biking trails.
Located near the intersection of Telegraph and Franconia Roads, the Huntington Metro Station is the closest Metro stop to the Heritage Hill of Alexandria neighborhood.
