Many of the homes include at least three-bedrooms, but there are also some much more spacious homes with seven bedrooms in the neighborhood. Buyers will likely find such desirable features as hardwood floors and some eat-in kitchens with the homes of Fowler’s Addition.  You may also find quartz countertops, high ceilings, and open floorplans.

The affluent neighborhood comes with a higher price point.  Arlington Magazine recently ranked the “10 Most Expensive Neighborhoods” in Falls Church, all of which have recorded home sales that top $1 million over the past couple of years. In the ranking, Fowler’s Addition came in at number one.

Of course, this was based on just one home that sold in the neighborhood in 2020, and another one that sold in Fowler’s Addition in 2021. While the neighborhood of Fowler’s Addition traditionally consisted of mostly single-family homes in the past, the area has grown in recent years to include hundreds of new apartments, cozy bungalows, and some mixed-use space.

Folwer's Addition is found in Falls Church south of Rt 66 at the intersection of W. Broad St and S. West Street.  The neighborhood sits close to local shopping centers, restaurants, fitness centers, and grocery stores. You will also find some nearby parks and access to public transportation, making it easier to travel throughout the surrounding region.  The City of Falls Church is only about two-square miles in size, with a population of around 14,000 residents.
