Fairlington
Fairlington is a neighborhood of brick Colonial Revival-styled townhouses offering a suburban living experience in a close-in location just minutes from Washington, DC. The 322-acre community was developed in the 1940s during World War II by the Defense Homes Corporation to provide housing near the Pentagon. Originally developed as a rental community, Fairlington was converted to condominiums in the mid 1970s.
