Found right on the Potomac River, the neighborhood of Douglas Park is also where you’ll find the Pentagon and Arlington National Cemetery, plus the location is just a few miles from DC, Georgetown, the airport, and more. While you won’t find any Metro stations in Douglas Park, it’s easy to hop on a major roadway from neighboring Columbia Pike.

People who’ve now become parents themselves are no doubt looking for top area schools, and they’re finding them in Douglas Park. Children in the neighborhood attend classes in the highly rated Arlington School District.
