Canal House is a historic condo building located alongside the C & O in Georgetown. The project was originally built in 1878 to store the feed and horses of the Georgetown Railroad Company. In 1981, the newly renovated 2-story building opened as a Conran’s home goods store topped by 35 condominiums.
