Burnham Place is a planned mixed-use development slated for Union Station. The 14-acre project will create a new neighborhood with 3M square feet of new space that includes office space, retail, a hotel and 1,300 residential units.

Burnham Place is located adajcent to Union Station and is bounded by H Street to the north, 2nd Street to the east, Massachusetts Avenue to the south and North Capitol Street to the west. This location is just two blocks from the Capitol Building and offers convenient access to the Capitol Hill, H Street and NoMa neighborhoods.
