The Bryan School Lofts is a historic building originally built in 1906 and converted to luxury lofts in 2004. Located on Capitol Hill, the 4-story building features 20 units, once a school building but now a historic landmark, revived to provide new usage as condominium homes. Some of the charming details of generations past are still evident, such as the “Girl’s and Boy’s” separate entrances.
