Brenton

Brenton is  a community of townhomes and row houses located between Potomac Yards and the Del Ray section of Alexandria, Virginia.   Built in the 1940s, the homes are a mix of sturdy, brick townhouses and pre-war row houses framed by mature trees.  Many homes are distinguished by front porches and outdoor patios that are ideal for outdoor entertaining or nurturing a garden.   Residences span two and three-stories, depending upon the style of the home with the average floor plan featuring 2-3 bedrooms and 2 - 2.5 baths with 900 to approximately 1200 sf of living space.
