A hidden gem of Tysons West, Westwood Village is home to luxury condos, townhomes, trees and greenspace, all peacefully at home within a much larger metropolitan area. While close to high-rise apartments, shopping destinations and office space, Tysons West traditionally has more limited options for homebuyers.
Formerly a rural part of Fairfax County, city leaders around the mid-century initiated plans to remake Tysons Corner into a retail and commercial destination. Westwood Village is the exception.
While situated just a short distance from major roadways and the closest Metro station, the gated community offers more of a secluded, quiet setting for existing and prospective buyers. Constructed in the late 1990s, options in Westwood Village include a two-level condo with two-bedrooms, two-baths, and around 1,500 square feet of living space.

While just a handful have sold in the area in recent months, prospective buyers really need to keep a lookout for condos to go on the market in Westwood Village.

Westwood Village also sits just adjacent from a park for outdoor recreation and close to the historic Ash Grove Plantation.
Bounded by International Drive and Spring Hill Road to the east, Tysons West is designated by Old Courthouse Spring Branch on the southwest side, and Dulles Access Road on its northern side.
