Found just a few miles to the northwest of Downtown DC, the affluent Wesley Heights neighborhood enjoys the distinction of being named one of the nation’s very first planned communities. With a large amount of green space on two sides, the neighborhood is primarily home to upscale residences, typically priced starting at around $1 million.

While a majority of homes in the neighborhood are large, detached homes constructed around the 1920s and 1930s, you may also now find some newer construction, custom-built homes in Wesley Heights. Many of these homes also sit on large, well-landscaped lots.
