Available units are going fast at Verse, where already more than 60-percent of available condos have been sold. The new condo building doesn’t open until later this fall, but it’s already considered one of the best-selling new luxury condo developments in the area.

The 25-story building marks the first phase of The Boro District, the very first walkable community to come to Tysons Corner. Phase one promises to bring along the addition of new condos, apartments, retail space, office space and a one-acre park.

In all, the 16-acre Boro District aims to become a destination with the city, with retail, commercial and residential space combining to form one of the area’s most desirable locations. Future plans include the addition of outdoor concerts, festivals and markets just steps away from the new Verse condos.

Plans also call for a new movie theater, a Whole Foods Market and a number of new restaurant options to join the district. The location additionally puts new residents close to the Greensboro Station, making for an easier commute, and to major roadways in the area.

Along with the location, future residents of Verse will also have access to a range of unique property amenities, from a rooftop SkyPark to an all-season terrace, 24-hour concierge service and a hospitality suite. The property will also offer its residents use of an outdoor swimming pool, parking area, fitness studio, bike storage and a pet spa.

Condos in Verse start with one-bedroom floor plans but also come in two- and three-bedroom designs. Ranging from around 760 square feet of living space to more than 1,200 square feet of space, some of the smallest units in Verse start in price around $500,000. Prices go up from there, with some of the largest new residences in Verse commanding prices in excess of $1 million.
