Tribeca Condos Coming to NoMa
An exciting new condo project is coming to NoMa, where the TRIBECA Condos are slated to open up next spring. The project includes 99 new condos fronting New York Avenue and N Street.
The location puts future residents in the middle of a vibrant mixed-use neighborhood. The property sits a short stroll away from the closest Metro station, with nearby options including trendy grocery stores, coffee shops and retailers.
The 13-story building promises the inclusion of a Club Room and a fitness center. Meanwhile a rooftop deck will someday soon offer up sweeping views of the surrounding city from the comfort of home.
A joint project of Urban Investment Partners and Kadida Development Group, the boutique condo building takes over the spot of a former auto repair shop. It also sits next to a hotel.
Developers say new condos are needed in the area, as many existing residential options are rental properties. Still, NoMa has seen a resurgence of new condos as of late, including The Lexicon condos and the Pullman Place condos. Developers are following the lead of renters who want to stay in the area, but wish to own, not rent, their next home.
The up-and-coming NoMa neighborhood is already filled with an array of trendy restaurants. In particular, Union Market supplies a rich blend of hip eateries and gourmet food shops. The neighborhood is also home to the major transportation hub of Union Station, making it easy to commute in and around the DC area.
Over the past decade or so private investors have infused billions of dollars in the neighborhood with new residential, retail, hotel and office space. Area leaders have also invested greatly in area parks and green space; making room for new dog parks, gathering space, playgrounds and more, to the delight of existing and future residents of NoMa.
