Towngate North Coming to Alexandria

New condos are headed to Old Town North Alexandria with the addition of the new Towngate North development. Pre-sales begin early next year for the new condos.

The project involves the conversion of two former office buildings into upscale condo buildings. The two buildings will in total bring around 80 new and modern condos to the area, in one, two, and three-bedroom configurations.

Priced starting from the $400,000s, the new condos of Towngate North are expected to top out above $1 million. Buyers can expect to find things like open floor plans with refined features and finishes throughout the new homes.
