The most expensive condo to sell in the District during October 2012 was in Kalorama at Kalorama Square located at 1804 Kalorama Sq NW #17, Washington, DC.  This 5 BR / 5.5 BA / 3,562 SF townhouse-style condo includes four parking spaces. The selling price was $2.8M / $786 SF, which was 93% of the asking price.
