This new construction penthouse unit is 1,452 SF and features 2 BR and 3 BA.  The selling price was $890,000 / $613 SF.

In February 2010, only one DC condo sold for a $1M or over, down from five in January.  No doubt activity over the past couple of months has been slowed by the major snow storms.
