The Westmoreland: Kalorama Best Addresses
A premiere setting and admirable views perhaps equally match the elegance of The Westmoreland. On the list of Goode’s Best Addresses, the Kalorama property first opened up as a rental apartment building around the turn-of-the-century, but it took nearly 50 years before the building was eventually converted into a co-op.
