Remaining units within Old Town Alexandria’s newest residential development are selling fast, with more than half of the latest offerings from The Slade already accounted for. The new residences belong to the final two phases of this 18-townhome development.

Made up of a collection of three-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhomes, The Slade property is just blocks away from the riverfront, close to King Street and not far from Pentagon City. Despite this, the townhomes remain exceptionally private, with luxury floor plans commanding at least 2,500 square feet of living space, spread out across four levels.

All of the homes come complete with wide-plank hardwood flooring, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and designer fixtures. With chef-inspired kitchens, the homes also include generous master suites, upgraded baths and allow for an influx of natural light to flow throughout the homes.

As well, residents of The Slade are also treated to private rooftop decks with room for gas grilling and even some loft level wet bars. Some of this private space also allows for impressive skyline and monument views, while the private garages allow for added convenience to residents.

While its common for the garage, a study and sometimes a bonus room to sit on the ground level of each townhome, the second level of each home is considered the main living space, complete with a dining room, living room and kitchen. The third level houses the master suite, laundry and a second bedroom and bath. Meanwhile, the fourth level of each townhome is reserved for the deck, a third bedroom and bath, plus another living space.

With hundreds of nearby shops and restaurants to choose from, Old Town Alexandria remains one of the area’s most desirable locations. The Slade sits a short distance from the Metro and a short drive from Downtown DC too, making it easy for commuters to get around the rest of the region with ease.
