The final phase of one of Arlington’s most celebrated new developments nears a sellout, with remaining units within The Select going fast. The third phase of the award-winning Gaslight Square development, The Select at Gaslight Square supplies around three-dozen new construction condos, in both one- and two-story designs.

Ranging from around 1,100 square feet to upwards of 1,900 square feet in size, the spacious homes are full of upgrades. With one- to three-bedroom floor plans, the designs include soaring ceilings and the luxury of plentiful natural light flowing throughout the homes.  While the two-story courtyard lofts offer desirable outdoor living space, the penthouse units additionally provide for private rooftop terraces and fantastic views. As well, the homes also include the luxury of direct elevator access.

While the latest phase of Gaslight Square resembles the first two phases of the development from the outside, the interior units of The Select offer an entirely new level of luxury, with numerous upgrades in design features and finishes. New homebuyers can expect to not only find upgraded appliance packages but also designer lighting, custom baths and hardwood flooring throughout the homes.

Accented by landscaped gardens and the community’s trademark gas lanterns, other extras of living within The Select include the private underground parking and the close proximity to two Metro stations. As well, the community offers plenty of convenience when it comes to enjoying area entertainment and dining, plus the ease of reaching nearby Georgetown and the Rosslyn-Ballston corridor.

As phases one and two of Gaslight Square both delivered 40-units, The Select promises 37 newly constructed condo units, bringing a new sense of energy to an already well-received Arlington development. The Select is a product of Abdo Development; a massive, two-city block project that compliments Abdo’s other nearby residential projects; the Wooster and Mercer lofts.
