The Rise of the Dylan in Potomac Yard

A brand new condo property will soon give buyers a new option in Potomac Yard. Dylan at Potomac Yard is a new upscale condo development under construction right now in Alexandria.

Just minutes from the new Amazon HQ2, Virginia Tech’s innovation Campus, Crystal City and Pentagon City, many of the planned units of Dylan will overlook views of area monuments. Buyers have their choice of a one-, two- or a three-bedroom unit, some of which additionally include a den.

The location is certainly an advantage, as well. Dylan also sits close to the new Potomac Yard Metrorail station, scheduled to open sometime next spring. The property is additionally not far away from several area boutique stores, retailers and restaurants.

It’s also an easy distance from Alexandria’s waterfront and from local parks and trails for outdoor recreation.
