The mid-rise brick condo community, The Observatory, in the desirable area of Glover Park, north of Georgetown, is perched in a highly coveted location with a park skirting the edge giving residents unparalleled nature views with biking, jogging and hiking trails from the front door.  It’s a short walk to the top urban amenities of Georgetown, and a convenient DC Circulator bus line stops in front of the building allowing an easy commute to downtown DC.  Both Glover Park and Georgetown are well-known locales for restaurants and shops.  There also is a shuttle to Georgetown for residents.  It has a WalkScore of 95 out of 100, reflecting its image as a walker’s paradise.
