The Highlands: Coming in Fall 2021

A brand new residential development of condos and apartments is headed to Rosslyn. The Highlands is a new three-building complex that’s expected to open sometime later this fall.

The first building is a 27-story condo building called Pierce. The tower is set to include space for more than 100 luxury condominium homes when complete.

Floor plans at Pierce range from around 1,100 to more than 2,000 square feet of living space. The sophisticated condos are priced from the $900,000s to some topping $3 million.

The units of this building come with top-rated appliances, wine refrigerators and quartz countertops in the chef-inspired kitchens, along with large islands. In addition, you’ll find oversized private balconies with most of the condos, and direct elevator access to some of the units.

As well, expect to find floor-to-ceiling windows for admiring views of the DC skyline and the Potomac, in addition to continuous hardwood flooring and heated flooring in the owner’s bath.

As for amenities, the condo tower will offer a rooftop terrace and clubroom, a rooftop swimming pool, underground garage parking and some on-site storage. As well, the building will also house a two-story fitness center and provide 24-hour concierge service.

The second building is a more than 300-unit apartment tower called Aubrey. The 23-story building includes one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments along with some loft-style apartment floor plans.

Aubrey also includes a rooftop pool deck, plus its second floor provides a library, fitness center, garden terrace and media lounge. You’ll also find an exhibition kitchen and some co-working space.

The final building is called Evo. The 27-story tower makes room for more than 400 new apartments, in studio through three-bedroom layouts. The building additionally offers a rooftop swimming pool with cabanas, a fitness center with a rock-climbing wall, a golf simulator and some co-working space.
