The Haven: Top New Condo Development
Widely considered one the DC area’s best residential developments, The Haven continues to attract new interest from buyers considering a move to National Harbor. With nearly 250 new construction condos to choose from, the large condo project was the first such development built at National Harbor in about a decade.
The project brought new options to the area including everything from studio to three-bedroom condos, with a variety of price points for new buyers to consider. In addition, many of the condos of The Haven are larger than other typical condos in the DC area, offering up the advantage of more space, superb amenities and an admirable location.
Situated on the waterfront, many condos of The Haven additionally enjoy large balconies and water views overlooking National Harbor and the nearby Potomac River. Residents of The Haven are also treated to such available community amenities as a yoga studio and fitness center, a courtyard, outdoor swimming pool and private cabanas. In addition, the property offers up access to a game lawn, a pet spa, a firepit lounge and the convenience of concierge services.
There are now roughly 2,000 residents living at National Harbor, including those living in apartments and condos. A handful of other condo buildings in the area opened up to residents around the same time National Harbor was originally completed.
National Harbor is also home to dozens of restaurants, well more than 100 retailers and several hotels, some of which are an easy walk from the new condos of The Haven. Other possibilities for area residents include the various options in nearby entertainment living at National Harbor.
In addition, the waterfront destination also makes it easy to visit such other locations as Old Town Alexandria or National Mall via a water taxi, or to do some kayaking on the river.
