The Commodore Now Selling in 16th Street Heights
New condos are now selling in 16th Street Heights, where The Commodore recently introduced new and modern floor plans for condo buyers to consider. The stylish Northwest DC building makes room for around two-dozen condos in all, including one- and two-bedroom layouts, as well as a select number of penthouse units with either two-bedrooms plus a den or three-bedrooms.
Priced starting in the low to mid $300,000s for one of the smaller floor plans, the larger penthouse units of The Commodore are priced starting in the high $600,000s. A penthouse unit includes a private rooftop terrace, while all units come complete with such upgrades as stainless steel appliances, white quartz countertops and a mix of walnut and white cabinetry.
Other features and finishes of the condos include the addition of wide plank flooring and a stacked full-size washer and dryer for added convenience. The pet-friendly building additionally offers private parking and bicycle storage. It also provides a secure entry and package concierge lockers.
At home in one of DC’s fastest growing neighborhoods, the mid-rise building is one of the latest additions to 16th Street Heights. The neighborhood offers easy access to nearby restaurants and other venues, especially those along Georgia Avenue.
The location is also just minutes away from Downtown DC, Silver Spring and popular Rock Creek Park for additional recreational opportunities. As one of the area’s most diverse neighborhoods, 16th Street Heights offers a large selection of single-family homes, including colonials, Tudors and brick rowhouses.
