The Aston - New Construction on 14th Street
It tough not to get excited about all the new residential construction projects underway on 14th Street between Logan Circle and U Street. The Aston, which is located at the corner of 14th Street & R Street, is expected to deliver 32 new condos in 2013.
Architectural design for the Aston was by Bonstra | Haresign, who has completed several other projects in the 14th Street Corridor including Q14, the Matrix and Lofts 14. The 14th Street facade is patterned after the many automobile showrooms that previously lined DC's 14th Street Corridor.
The seven-story Aston will feature ground level retail and 18 underground parking spaces. Aston units are expected to price from the $300s - $1.1M. Here is a resource to learn more about this new Logan Circle project.
