With a coveted location right in the center of DC’s most recognizable landscape, The Adele is coming to Farragut North. Set for a late 2017 delivery, the 14 planned condos will top four floors of office space.

In total, the nine-story building will include various one- and two-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 1,600 square feet to the largest penthouse unit of 2,100 square feet. The building offers one rear facing and one front-facing penthouse, each with its own rooftop terrace, with one additionally including its own private elevator.

With up to four units per floor, the remaining units of The Adele share a rooftop deck, complete with a fireplace and room for outdoor dining. While standard units within the building come with your choice of two design packages, some of the homes are customizable with interior design supplied by Michael Hampton Design.

Common upscale features and finishes include Thermador or Gaggenau appliances, heated floors in the baths and the inclusion of smart home technology. As well, the homes offer tall ceilings, oak plank flooring, crown molding, and a mix of marble and quartz countertops.

Priced starting in the $600,000s, some of the units of The Adele top $2 million. Amenities range from spa and health club memberships to hotel services, valet parking or dedicated parking, plus an onsite concierge. Found in the 16th Street Historic District, the mixed-use development is just a short stroll away from the White House and the Capitol building, while also close to Georgetown, the West End, Logan Circle and Dupont Circle.

Originally the site of three row houses, the location was later transformed into an office building. The façade of The Adele was constructed to help maintain a compatible architectural design to compliment the surrounding district, completed by a range of modern and contemporary features within its impressively designed walls.
