The Adamo is Quintessential Lanier Heights

A newer construction condo building called The Adamo is pretty much quintessential Lanier Heights. Built a few years ago, the four-story property is home to around three-dozen condos.

The neighborhood of Lanier Heights is in Northwest Washington. The neighborhood is about a mile-and-a-half from the White House. Known for its vibrant nightlife, it’s common to find live music playing on 18^th Street. 

Along with The Adamo, the neighborhood is also home to some other condos and co-ops, as well as some mid-rise apartment buildings and rowhouses. The neighborhood boasts its own farmers’ market, and it puts on an annual street celebration called Adams Morgan Day with art, music, and family-friendly activities.
