The Adamo is Quintessential Lanier Heights

A newer construction condo building called The Adamo is pretty much quintessential Lanier Heights. Built a few years ago, the four-story property is home to around three-dozen condos.

Buyers can choose from either a one-bedroom floor plan or a two-bedroom unit in the development. Common features and finishes include modern interiors with quartz countertops, name-brand appliances and wood-style, plank flooring.

You will also find sliding-glass barn doors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and some condos with moveable kitchen islands. The Adamo has four private rooftop spaces available for sale to individual buyers in the development.

As for some of the shared amenities, the property comes with a large community deck that includes a fire pit, grilling space, and some seating. On the ground floor of the building, you’ll find a modern lobby with artwork, and some retail space.

There is some available parking at The Adamo in the garage, and possibilities for extra storage space. This is a pet-friendly property.

The location is certainly desirable, as well. The Adamo sits in Lanier Heights near Adams Morgan. This means living just blocks from the closest Metro station on the Red Line.

The condos are also just one block away from Metro and Circular bus stations. For added convenience, some local grocery stores, bars and restaurants, and some greenspace can all be found nearby living at The Adamo.

The neighborhood of Lanier Heights is in Northwest Washington. The neighborhood is about a mile-and-a-half from the White House. Known for its vibrant nightlife, it’s common to find live music playing on 18th Street.

Along with The Adamo, the neighborhood is also home to some other condos and co-ops, as well as some mid-rise apartment buildings and rowhouses. The neighborhood boasts its own farmers’ market, and it puts on an annual street celebration called Adams Morgan Day with art, music, and family-friendly activities.
