A new condo development named Lima Condominiums is rising on the corner of 11th Street and V Street in the U Street Corridor.  This location was formerly home to a dilapidated building that housed an auto repair shop.  The Lima is located across 11th Street from the Beauregard.

The developer of the Lima is Sequar Development, who previously delivered 440 Rhode Island, the Josephine and the Renaissance. The Lima features 31 one-bedroom units with prices expected to start in the mid-$400s.  Delivery is targeted for mid-2013.

While 11th Street NW doesn't get as much ink as other higher profile DC numbered streets like 14th and 16th Streets, it is awakening in the Logan, U Street and Columbia Heights neighborhoods.
