A new condo development named Lima Condominiums is rising on the corner of 11th Street and V Street in the U Street Corridor.  This location was formerly home to a dilapidated building that housed an auto repair shop.  The Lima is located across 11th Street from the Beauregard.

The developer of the Lima is Sequar Development, who previously delivered 440 Rhode Island, the Josephine and the Renaissance. The Lima features 31 one-bedroom units with prices expected to start in the mid-$400s.  Delivery is targeted for mid-2013.

A new condo development named The Calistoga is moving forward on California Street in Kalorma.  The five story, nine unit project was designed by Ralph Cunningham of Cunningham Quill and is being developed by Murillo/Malnati Group (MMg), who most recently delivered the Woodley Wardman project in Woodley Park.

Located in Sheridan-Kalorama Historic District on the 2200 block of California Street across the street from St. Roses Catholic School, the Calistoga will have a mix of two and three bedroom units ranging in size from 900 SF to 1,850 SF.  Delivery is currently planned  for 2014.  Here is a resource which will provide additional information about the Calistoga as it is available.

The corner of Euclid and 17th in Adams Morgan is the location for Capital City Real Estate's newest condo project, 1700 Euclid.  Cap City is building a four-story, 19-unit structure which features a brick exterior and private outdoor space for every unit.  This location was previously home to the Euclid Market and a dry cleaner as well as being located across the street from the infamous Bennet Family stoop.
