Brand new condos are headed to Arlington’s Court House neighborhood. 2000 Clarendon plans to bring more than 80 new luxury condos to the area, with delivery right now scheduled for spring of next year.

Reports suggest nearly half of the new condos will be one-bedroom, one-bath floor plans. Ranging from around 620 square feet to nearly 740 square feet in size, buyers can expect the condos to start priced in the high $400,000s.

Other options include around a dozen slightly larger floor plans with one-bedroom plus a den. Buyers will also have the choice of dozens of different two-bedroom, two-bath floor plans.

Waterfront dining could be coming to Robinson Landing in the near future. The idea goes before the City Planning Commission next month. If approved, it means the addition of a 5,000-square foot waterfront restaurant within the Alexandria luxury condo and town home development.

The proposal calls for the large restaurant to serve up seafood, steaks and a full bar as part of Building 1. Plans additionally extend to a more casual café and outdoor pier restaurant. In total, it should provide space for more than 230 guests inside, on the patio and at the pier.
