Models are now open within the highly anticipated conversion project of 2501 M. What used to be a boxy structure housing a nonprofit and topped by just three floors of condos has been in the midst of a transformation, turning the former commercial levels into mostly new condos with a ground floor restaurant.

The recent transformation aims to make the once mushroom-shaped building into a more attractive mostly residential offering, adding glass bump-outs to change its shape, while creating a series of luxury condos within. The project takes aim at a 1980s-era mixed-use building, changing over the lower portion of the building into residential space.
