Seven|H Now Selling
Some sophisticated new condos are now selling in the H Street Corridor. Seven|H is a new mid-rise property with ground level retail space topped by nearly two-dozen luxury condo units.
All of the condos in the six-story building make room for private outdoor space, while the penthouse units come with a private roof terrace. Buyers can currently choose from a more traditional two-bedroom, two-bath unit, or one of the much more spacious penthouse units with two-bedrooms plus a den, and two-floors of living and entertaining space.
The penthouse units also feature soaring ceilings and, of course, more square footage. While a penthouse may offer more than 1,200 square feet of living space, some of the other condos in the building are certainly impressive themselves.
All residents of Seven|H are treated to such high-end additions as floor-to-ceiling windows and wide-plank hardwood flooring. The stylish condos also come complete with quartz countertops and marble backsplashes in the kitchens, plus some designer appliances.
As for amenities, the building offers the option of surface-level parking for an additional fee, plus bicycle storage. Of course, a big part of the appeal of the new building is its location.
Part of the H Street Corridor neighborhood, Seven|H sits within walking distance of the Metro and close to an array of shopping, dining and entertainment options in the area. A Whole Foods Market sits nearby, while there are also coffee shops, fitness studios and there’s a farmer’s market within easy access of Seven|H.
Stanton Park is a great spot for residents of the building to get out and enjoy some green space. The park offers a playground and plenty of space for walking. Another advantage of the building is that the H Street Trolley passes right by the front of the building, giving residents yet another option for getting around the neighborhood.
