Residences at the Ritz Carleton and 2029 Connecticut Have Top Condos Sales in May 2013

The most expensive DC condo sold in May 2013 was in Kalorama at 2029 Connecticut located at 2029 Connecticut Avenue NW #41, Washington, DC 20008.  This 5 BR / 4.5 BA / 5,000 SF condo includes two parking spaces.  The selling price was $2.95M / $590 SF which was 100% of asking price.

Honorable mention for the second most expensive condo to sell in the District during May 2013 was a in the West End at the Residences at the Ritz Carlton located at 1111 23rd Street NW #PH2B Washington, DC 20037.  This three-level penthouse unit features 3 BR / 3.5 BA / 3,220 SF and three parking spaces.  The selling price was $2.9M / $901 SF, which was 97% of the asking price.

In May 2013, 11 DC condos sold for $1M or more, down from 14 in April, twelve in March and up from six in February 2013.
