With an ideal, central location, within walking distance of work or the Metro, plus upscale dining and shopping just steps away, The Residences at CityCenter provides a wealth of enviable features and a true urban address. Found right along 9th Street, from H Street to I Street, the Penn Quarter location is packed with added opportunity for area residents.

Delivered in 2013, the complex offers 11-stories and more than 200 condominium homes, situated in two separate towers. In all, the entire ten-acre property, though, is a massive mixed-used development, including not only the two condominium buildings but also two apartment buildings and two office buildings, altogether making up the first phase of the CityCenter DC project.

Constructed to resemble high-rises more commonly found in some of the nation’s larger cities, The Residences at CityCenter each come with private outdoor space, while the building itself offers a yoga studio and fitness center, rooftop fire pit, spa and wine cellar, along with a 24-hour concierge. As well, many units within the development also have access to garage parking and the building offers a guest suite and extra storage room for residents.

Ranging in size from close to 700 square feet to more than 1,000 square feet, the one-bedroom units are priced starting at around $500,000. Meanwhile, a two-bedroom unit includes around 1,000 to upwards of 2,100 square feet of living space and starts at $800,000, with many of the larger units priced in the multi-million dollar range. Common features of the homes include the floor-to-ceiling windows, Italian-made kitchen appliances and hardwood flooring.

Found at the site of a former convention center, the Residences at City Center are bounded on the south by H Street NW. Meanwhile, 9th and 11th streets NW run to the east and west of the homes that make up CityCenter DC.
