Railroad-Themed Pullman Place Delivers Downtown Views and More

The downtown views are certainly impressive, but that’s not all you’ll find at the railroad-themed Pullman Place. This luxury condo building quickly sold out a few years ago, touted as the first of the newest construction condos to come to the NoMa area.

Found along 2nd Street NE, Pullman Place is made up of around 40 unique condos and gains its namesake from the old Pullman Car Company. At one time, Pullman was synonymous with luxury railcar transportation.

Today, the railroad-themed property sits within an easy walk of two Metro stations and close to the DC Streetcar in the H Street Corridor. The location also means living a short distance from Capitol Hill and Downtown DC, plus within walking distance of area shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and museums.

For those who want to depend on their own transportation, some parking and basement bicycle storage is available at Pullman Place. In terms of some of the other additional shared amenities, Pullman Place offers its residents access to a rooftop lounge to take in the views, plus for grilling and lounge space. There’s also a fitness area.

The individual units of Pullman Place include European-style kitchens with quartz countertops, as well as large windows, high ceilings, and some come with personal outdoor space. The stylish condos typically come in either a one-bedroom or two-bedroom configuration.

There are large penthouse units on the top floor of the building. A two-bedroom, one-bath floorplan recently went on the market with floor-to-ceiling windows and its own direct street entry. The condo has just under 800 square feet of living space.

Occasionally, you may also find a rental available in the building. Some of the two-bedroom, two-bath units exceed 1,000 square feet of living space, while some of the smallest one-bedroom units have closer to 600 square feet of space.
