New construction condos are now selling in Buzzard Point’s very first residential property. Peninsula 88 offers your choice of more than 100 homes located right next to Buzzard Point Park and overlooking the Anacostia and Potomac Rivers.
Around one-third of the condos are already sold out, including the majority of the penthouse units. With prices starting in the $500,000s to the high $1 million-dollar range, buyers can expect to find condos with around 700 square feet of living space as well as some with 1,400 square feet of space.
