Our Favorite Logan Circle Lofts
DC’s popular Logan Circle neighborhood is known for its bars, restaurants, and conveniences. In fact, some of our favorite Logan Circle lofts offer a great starting point to explore all that the neighborhood has to offer.
Citta 50
Citta 50 is a red brick condo building that’s home to around two-dozen or so loft-style residences. The six-story building offers condos with gourmet kitchens, walk-in-closets, and in-unit laundry. A recently listed one-bedroom, one-bath unit at Citta 50 has around 650 square feet of space, while a two-bedroom, two-bath unit has more than 800 square feet of space.
The elevator building has a sitting area in its lobby, plus Citta 50 is pet-friendly, too. Garage parking is available for an extra fee, but there is a Whole Foods Market within walking distance, and the closest Metro station is nearby too.
Saxon Court
Saxon Court mixes industrial and contemporary style points for modern lofts in Logan Circle. In all, there are nearly four-dozen units in the seven-story property. Buyers can expect to find some exposed ductwork, open floorplans, and oversized windows with the units of Saxon Court.
A two-bedroom, two-bath loft at Saxon Court was recently listed on the market with around 1,000 square feet of living space. The pet-friendly building offers some parking, plus it sits within walking distance of area nightlife and conveniences. It’s also a short walk from Saxon Court to the closest Metro station.
Lofts 14
Lofts 14 is certainly appropriately named, as it sits right in the 14th Street Corridor. The building offers true lofts with high ceilings, massive windows, and some exposed brick and ductwork. The units are very open here, which makes them perfect for living and entertaining. You may also find bamboo flooring, a walk-in closet in the primary bedroom, and in-unit laundry.
Units in the building commonly range from around 850 to upwards of 1,100 square feet of living space. A penthouse unit features a large roof terrace and sweeping views of the city, as well as two levels of living space. This pet-friendly building also has some parking and available storage.
