Noted as the very first condo building in The Yards, The Bower is red brick on its lower levels and is topped off by glass and steel designed for modern appeal. The Bower offers your choice of a studio, one-bedroom or two-bedroom layout.

The building also provides some penthouse units with terraces. Generally, units in the building range from nearly 600 square feet to around 1,300 square feet of living space.

All of the units in The Bower come with open floor plans, while some add in a private balcony for coveted outdoor space. Buyers can also expect to find high ceilings, wide-plank engineered hardwood floors and top appliances.
